they just hide the problem well enough until they don't and by that point you can't even sit

that's why you mostly find them on commuter bikes where the travel time is 1 hour worst case scenario

Consider not being a cop in the military. You can make the military teach you a skill and need to do the whole police academy, or most states have an abbreviated academy for military police officers

I say, being the academy honestly isn't very hard, just do the fully academy and learn a skill

Best options are anything involving medicine, computers or engineering.

Coast Guard is great for joining up to learn a skill, they have very few combat type roles

I was originally thinking EMS, but where I live I get paid more then an EMT does, plus all the medical terminology hurts my brain

When I was kicking around enlisting I had dudes IN the army/marines telling me not to go army or marines

Issue with navy I say is for reservist you probably ain't gonna get much out of it. I stand by CG or AF being the best routes to learn shit

I think one of the reasons is cause I wanna prove to myself I'm capable of doing things I dont think I couldve done, so my mind reading how the marines have the toughest training is probably what makes me wanna join. Plus, my step-sister went into the marines and became a much more mature and strong willed person, so that could also be part of it

Talk to recruiters from all of em and see what they tell you tbh

Marines have some big sign on bonuses to throw around other branches don't have

So does the army

But that may entail signing on to learn a skill that doesn't interest you

And the military discipline I'd argue would come from any branch
