Maybe you are a good shooter but your room clearing is mid so some levels will be harder than others or you are good at tactics but your communication with your friends isnt on point so its a lot to learn and the feeling of really getting a good run is cool

Yeah...sort of. I can't really comment on in game physics, but IRL, yes. The real benefit of modern JHP is that it dumps the vast majority of it's energy in the target - if not all. This prevents a rounds from still being very deadly and passing through someone and still being able to likely divide someone else unintended by zero. The other added benefit is that the physics is physics so that energy dump into a meat target greatly increases wound trauma.

ballistics in itself is never objective - all you can get is a snapshot of the current circumstance of your situation - to establish TRUE ballistics we would have to fire every bullet with every gun in every condition and measure it perfectly consistently - not gonna happen

ofcourse we have a good idea of general ballistics but interpretations are possible
