ive never played arma but based off videos and trailers it just seems like squad but with more mods and versatility. my opinion at least

I was just searchin a game to play in my free time when not playing Arma

and its a tactical shooter
its not that similar to other games that you've played but its definitely fun
assuming you've made research on RoN and know how the game works/played then only question is whether or not youre here for PVE or PVP experience

if you play the game right AI wont even have a chance to do that

i see a lot of people just rushing in blindly which will get ya killed easily
if you approach it carefully you can run high risk missions with no casualties and minimal damage to SWAT AI mental

the only major problem i had with friendly ai is sending an order and they just stand there. i gotta make them re-stackup and they do what they're told

and CQB is one of the best

i think it depends on the door
there are windows in the game and hostile AI can spot you and shoot you through em so if i had to guess, if the door has enough holes in it then they can see through it

Ah, so if the door’s got enough holes, it’s like the flashbang just… slides through and they get the effect anyway? So the door’s kind of like a filter, but only if it’s got a good number of windows?

and if the room is too big your flash isnt guaranteed to do its job, some suspects can go out un-affected and cause trouble

i like gas a lot, but its a shame that you need to use a lot of it for it to function
in big rooms i had to prematurely throw out two gas nades in the further corners before ordering my AI to breach the room with gas to help with strugglers

So, if the room’s too big, does the flashbang… just get lost before it reaches everyone? Like, it just kind of fades and some of them, uh, don’t even notice and keep doing their thing? And if I throw it, but then crouch, does it… change anything, or is that just me thinking too much?
