this game has no servers. its entirely peer to peer. he is hosting the server and running it how he sees fit. if you do not want to end up in his server you need to either play with friends (very hard for many people here) or host the server yourself (very easy and literally just requires you to click a button and wait a couple mins)

I gave them both enough stingers, one has even two stingers and the other officer 1 stinger. one stinger is already consumed probably. But the game don't let me allow to clear with stinger.
