Directx 11 or 12 is just so you can launch with mods. Usually DX12 is your best bet

Safe mode just launches without mods and defaults to DX12 IIRC (I use it when I don't want to run my mods)

Clean or whatever it's called I think wipes your whole mods. I've never used it.

The pepperball launcher is the fucking worse. Its probably to work effective on suspect is like shooting dice. You might get a small number or the whole fucking mag. As well as some suspects who get hit and just go "aight imma head out" into the other room. At least the beanbag shotgun knocks the wind outta them so they won't go. I might as well just bring a garbage bag full of jalapenos and just start chucking them at the suspects,cause I'll get the same results as using the pepperball launcher.
