Honestly the pepper gun is only useful if the player is using it. You can utilize its AOE powers by shooting a wall near a suspect, but the ai can’t.

Yep, if you shoot a surface like the floor or wall around 4-5 times, it creates a pepper cloud that persists for a short time, meaning if you know where a suspect is in a room, you can peek an angle just short of them and inflict them with pepper cloud. As for maps it’s a little hard to judge.

i often see people doing strength training while losing weight (so technically they should be on a deficit, which is absolutely terrible for muscle growth) and i don't really get why they're doing it. i guess it might decrease the muscle loss during weight loss, but you could just as well eat a lot of protein (like 2g per kg of body weight)

it does help a lot, depending on what you're trying to achieve. if you struggle to not eat food whenever you can, since calorie demand is higher (from the exercise), you can eat more and still be on a deficit which is crucial and it's the only thing that will really make you lose weight (because technically you can also fuck with the water in your body)

Gas grenades are awesome in closed spaces so if you use those in missions with tight spaces (don't forget to wear a gas mask) also you can use the scrollwhell to command each to bots on your team independently from the other 2

Personally I always run the mirrorgun for myself, a tactical shield, a breaching shotgun, and 2 gas grenade launchers for the rest of my squad, but feel free to experiment. As for weapons i think pretty much all of them are viable. The ammo depends on the situation, in later levels definitly use piercing ammo as armored ennemies become more common, but in the earlier stages all is effective as long as you hit.

also run at least one taser for any level where you are required to arrest someone without killing them, just to be safe

Going lethal will always be easier, but if you want to get an S grade in any mission then you're forced to go full non lethal. Stuff like pepper spray, beanbag shotgun, taser, etc

You can tell the ai to search and secure, but they will only find them if you/they saw them before, so if they're in a place you haven't cleared, they most likely won't find them.

You can check the tab menu to see what is remaining and see if you have cleared all suspects using that.

It is more like an oversight for now, but I think that all that is missing is an animation. They 100% should attack around your shield and kill you for leaving your team and trying to rambo with a shield.

If shields really did work the way they do in this game: then riot shields would never exist in the first place. I personally would just LOVE some more melee variety

Riot shields work because riot tactics dictate that the police unit acts like a wall, it doesn't cover your full 270, and you can find plenty of clips of police training where the attacker will grab the shield and start pulling at it.

The way to defend it is to not be alone and to rely on your unit.

the shield cant reliably deal with threats as much as someone not using it. The shield is both for protecting you and your team. Shield takes point to soak up as many bullets as needed while the people behind deal with the threat

Greased Palms is especially difficult, but only because it's the most glowing example of "suspect aimbot" that you'll see in this game. It's damn near difficult to identify where anyone is, but they'll assassinate you with perfect accuracy before you even enter the building.

There was a leak that happened a few months back that showed console builds being worked on but that's as much as we know about a possible console build for the game being worked on. I do think the developers will enter the console market tho because it makes sense for them to from a business point of view. There's a lot of potential sales they can get from doing so. As for the leak you can just google it. it's really simple to find information on it.

I just play on the old steam depot builds whenever I want to play those maps but there are modders that are working to rework the old maps so instead of waiting for the developers to possibly bring them back you can just download the mods from nexus (The old Hotel map is on nexus right now)

They've said (so far) that stuff in the game prior if it comes back would not be pay walled, for example balaclavas. Maps would follow the same logic, I assume.

That is also assuming those maps will return- at this point I assume it would be easier for them to completely remake them again than try to port them over to UE5, since they were already completely broken in UE4.

Well to join you would click join lobby, it normally doesnt work, another way is to find the persons steam account you wanna join, then click join game. For people to join you, in the menu go to multiplayer, then create public lobby. Then who ever want to join you tell them to check your steam and join from there. Easy
