There is a very small percentage of AR-15’s that shoot, .50 beowulf but other than that they fire a .556 or a smaller round in the 9mm format

The reason steel is worse that ceramic now, seeing as how ceramic guarentees 4 protected shots per plate, is that the game used to cap incoming damage, which can be as high as 135, to 70 before factoring in the armour damage reduction, so it was basically 135 > cap to 70 > 0.3 (for 70% damage reduction of steel) = 21, now it's 135 * 0.3 = 40.5, effectively dealing double the damage to the player, which only has a health pool of 160.

I think Michael from the Streamer mission did nothing wrong

In the briefing Michael calls the police and says he killed his mother and he's going to kill his brother
And in the briefing also it's said that it's expected to be one guy

In the mission you see a lot of gangstars roaming the place
and in the second top room you can find Michael mom's alive
and in the main room his brother also alive

It's not that noticeable but the gangstars and Michael are fighting
