Gaming mother here 🙂 My son is asking for this game, I am giving it a serious thought as he recently enjoyed Zero Hour. He is soon to be 15. I let him play and finish GTA V (I kinda regret it). I never played Ready or not, so no idea what to expect. Is it ok for a young teen or too violent and sexual content as well? And no, he isnt doing worse things already haha, its a quiet and good kiddo.

Still, I feel I am still responsible for what my young teen is exposed to and I still can control it to some extend. When he is 18, he can choose to play whatever he likes. Actually young brains are not the same as the adult ones. He is still 14 and childish. He doesn't watches TV, we dont live in America where everyone walks around with a gun, so he normally isnt exposed to much violence. This is likely why you are unable to see a few levels youve previously completed

ALWAYS remove all your mods when a game updates, and wait for the author to update them to work with the latest patch

Neon Tomb kinda felt the saddest over all, you were walking over corpses the whole time, listening to the ringing phones of panicked family members, and the whole event was done with such malice.
Valley of the Dolls and Port Hokan just had such fucked up lore behind em, and the big shock factors at the end of each level. But they just werent as sad the whole time walking through.

I've had varying luck with flashing them lately. Ive hit them with the flash launcher and grenades and sometimes they'll be stunned for a second and then just immediately latch back on to the hostage.

Haven't tried much gas though, that might be a good idea since it's a constant flow of gas right in to their eyes

The reason why the word "hostage" is being used in the context of watchmen.

search for lobby, game places you in Watchmen's match because it has the best connection
leave lobby because he is AFK
search for lobby, game places you back into his lobby because it has the best connection and the system doesn't care about anything else
there is no recourse, no way around this, queueing and playing multiplayer is now impossible unless a closer lobby opens up

Watchmen is knowingly and purposefully abusing this system. Thus the "holding hostage" comparison
