you have to go to the play safe option. it will delete all your mods and stuff like that but you'll be able to play. you'll have to use mods that are at least from 7/24. otherwise you'll get the same message

The TASER is the most common less lethal because if you get a good connection it has a much higher chance of working because it isn't exclusively pain compliance like most other less lethals

OC you're seeing less and less of outside of riot control because it's just as disorienting to officers as it is to suspects, and it just isn't effective, too often suspects just fight thru it and now you're coughing and snotting and less effective while the suspect is still just as in the fight

Batons are great until you get disarmed and a suspect ends up shot because they wound up armed eith your equipment, which hey, fair game, don't take my shit, but still sucks.
