One thing I've always given RON credit for is how tastefully it explores tough subjects. They could've easily said "hey, the difference between this and say Postal is you're actually playing as the good guys" and been as grotesque as they wanted to, but they used a lot more nuance and IMO the end product was better for it.

Honestly I think Neon Tomb is the hardest mission for me emotionally. Knowing the real life basis for the op and being both in the LGBT community and an officer strikes a cord with me. The real tragedy saw 50 dead and there was only one shooter. Had there been a team of terrorists like in game, the real tragedy easily could've been on the same scale.

That's part of how it stays tasteful. Using hyperbole to add a separation from IRL is a way to make things digestable, particularly for people sensitive to the content.

Thankfully, I've only ever done trainings for school shootings, and even in a training environment, it's a clusterfuck.

The easiest way. Not the best way. Having higher civilian counts would be easily practical if they would successfully be automatically arrested at the exit when they run to it. (A persistent glitch.)
But it could be possible that they would need better performance.

Well I think I’d agree, I want it to be more chaotic. I want the civilians to be numerous and dynamic, and run down the halls so the players need to identify better (shoot/no shoot)

Elephant feels like the op that's supposed to take you completely out of the power trip of being the attacking force the other missions give you the benefit of. No planning, no slow methodical movement, get in there and go direct to threat and kill the fuckers.

1.0 disaster couldve been less worse if they properly playtested i dont think aimbot AI is normal

And paired with the fact they have yet to add shader precompilation, after all these months an easy fix for the stuttering
