Can anybody explain to me why are we getting a briefing about lipsync of "in-the-field" dialogues no one will be looking at while actually in the field, being concentrated on the incoming threats, when all of this work could've been easily skipped, if only we were issued a simple item called balaclava, which by a pure coincidence tends to be used a lot by law enforcement units such as swat and the like? And yeah, March is over tomorrow and we still have zero info on the release window of the upcoming dlc, or any info at all, is that supposed to be like that? I was hoping to get at least a mention of it in the briefing..

the dialogues is probably to gap the empty feeling whenever on a mission, probably an attempt to make the characters more life like and have a personality, instead of just a standard playable/npc lines scripted when this or that happens. honestly not a bad idea considering their track record with paying attention to details and visual story telling, as as far as the balaclavas, you can scroll up far and see for yourself that they have bigger problems than a cosmetic, if we look it from their point of view. new functions and fixes is way more important than a cosmetic item.

Well, considering suspects and civs not having a procedually generated dialouge pool, same as officers, I see literally zero sense in creating such a system. And as for any future story/dialogue expansions. I just hope there'd be enough of those to justify this whole thing in the end.

and capping out fps also helped for me, although i would disable it in game and just do it through the control panel
