the optimization issues are for the most part occuring with very specific hardware. people with high and low end devices both experience poor or really good optimization, which is why its taking so long to fix

for example, my 1070 runs the game fine, but some peoples 4070s dont, and vice versa

I can't say for sure, but maybe it's because people expect too much out of their hardware when it's brand new, while people with older stuff know their limits. The optimization is still quite bad, but just a thought.

then ive 100% achiev completion

the police department doesnt have access to the desert eagle, thats what i think atleast, tho they do have access to magnums, but they arent really seen inside of the arsenal alot, most used pistols on enforcement teams are glocks,M9,P250, and the usp, tho the usp is seen alot in the german forces
