The generally accepted definition of a personal-defense weapon is a compact and handy pistol-caliber weapon developed for non-frontline troops, often with specialized armor penetrating ammo. 300 BLK is not pistol caliber, nor is it specialized to defeat armor, or to be comfortably carried all day by non-frontline troops.

You might be able to get it classified as a pistol by giving it an arm brace, I'm not sure. If so, that's dumb, but then, isn't all of it?

It shoots 7.62 yes. However the gun itself absorbs most of the recoil

Overpenetration pretty much never happens to me cause i hits my shot and bullets just gets absorbed into the suspect’s body.

they are too big for most missions including ANA

you can get by with a PDW like the mp7 and taser is lowk meta on ANA

its close enough where theres barely any instances of being out of range outside of the hallways and some parts of the third and the 4th floor
