If you stand still the AI usually runs towards you can also hear their footsteps if you have a good headset but sometimes they do get trapped in a room

If you enter a room spam compliance stand still for a couple seconds and go to a new room keep doing that if that doesn’t work they’re prob hiding in a room

Well it’s confirmed judge is a sleeper agent cause of the bad ending and there’s an armor downstairs who has backpacks and crates or something that matches the ones found at the dock. I dont remember fully maybe that was just a theory from the vid I watched and not confirmed

The good ending implies that judge overwrote is sleeper agent programming, when he looks at his gun he ends it “I realized I need more hobbies” to me that’s saying he’s realizing he’s worked and made it his whole life. He realizes he spent so long investigating this org or whatever and it might be time to take up other things instead of staring at a board all day.

But with the guy at the window it could also imply that this is just the next step of green dragons society’s plan OR it could just mean that they will always and always have been watching

Civs dying in Elephent is how I know cause I still got the achievment after completing final mission despite failing a main objective so I'm fairly certain you can just prog through with 7.62 and headshot them

Yes cause you need to at least "clear" the mission to move on. ScaoreRank/Main objective completions don't matter for the achievment directly. They matter in terms of maintaing officer stress cause if one of your officer quits due to high stress, I'm fairly certain that counts as "officer loss" for the achivment (even tho firing an officer doesn't :P)

Smth smth get all civies safe, use only authorized use of force (if suspects is being compliant you cant hurt them) and no unnecessary damage (like shooting a suspect even after being unconscious or restrained)

Basically every cop has to follow them

Otherwise you end up with angry civilians that outnumber you and civil unrest
