I'd suggest a 7.62 or the new 6.5 rifle since those are the only calibres that are good for that distance, the handgun is a bit more nuanced, but I'd either get a MK-V or some high capacity handgun, like the G 18 JUST DON'T USE IT IN FULL AUTO AT LONG RANGE. And heavy steel armor
