I've completed the Commander Mode (With all DLC Missions), with Ironman-mode enabled on Hard on S. I have never died or let any of my officers die.
I also never fired or sent any of my Officers to Therapy. The most they had was Anxious (A single officer once had Anxious after Elephant)

Yet the Developers Ruined Watch still is locked for me. This is my third Ironman Save so I MUST be doing something wrong.
I have checked all the Tutorials and Guides that I could find.

I already got "The Hermit" achievement the first time i pulled it off.
I don't have any Mods enabled and the Game does not tell me the Score is Invalid (as a previous Suggestion told me)
