Personally I use them for maps with suspects up to L2 either using MPX with AP or MP7 with JHP and for maps with L3 I would use arn180 with JHP and for L4 - F90 with AP

Cos maps with L3 start to get big as well for using SMG's

Oh and car dealership as well (up to L2) but it's a bit big so your choice if you wanna run smg on it, personally I do sometimes

Relapse, use Main Lobby (not underground entrance). Easier imho since you don't have to deal or much lesser chance to encounter bridge firefight. Lots of windows you have to watch if you take underground entrance

It's the same, only difference is with light you have front and back and heavy you have front back and sides. If you're choosing front only it's the same across both so take light for the 2 extra slots over heavy

There are lots of stuff that will invalidate these type of achievement:
Lockpicking (swat ai can lockpick), shields on swat ai (you can have a shield on your back), shooting from other guns even if their empty, grade lower than C and so on.

It was hard for us, because we did not play DLC maps a lot. Then we found a good tactic and it we ran it. Still hard and we got low roll (24 suspects and 42 weapons, lol) and we did it.
2 bulldogs and shotty with wedges. I ran out of ammo, including 3 drums and flashes on long tactical.
