And now I’m getting into it. Only issue is that I’m far too unsure whether to be quick or slow, and how to use my teammates

And even more so unsure when to use my tactical

Take it slow for the majority of the maps unless it's an active shooter or a bomb threat type of mission. Can use teammates to wedge doors for you, cover certain open spaces or thresholds, stack on a door and breach and throw utility, securing civs and evidence and some other stuff. Well tactical depends on which one you're using tbh.

So be very careful

Bring a ram and like 4 tazers (so 12 reloads), and whatever lethal weapon you prefer with JHP ammo (not AP).

Do not pick locks, just ram the doors. Taze everyone first, then yell. Do not arrest anyone yourself, order your bots to do it. Try to use a route where you don't backtrack to previous rooms.

Use only the tazer until the 5 arrests objective is done, after that switch to lethal and don't bother trying to arrest suspects. Just yell at them once and shoot, the JHP will drop them fast. Also you might want to use an unsilenced gun and occasionally shoot at nothing, to get the suspects attention.

I actually prefer pepperball over the beanbag, there's 0 risk of killing them and there's a gaurenteed amount of shots to surrender on each difficulty so you can just hit that many and know they'll go down, I've shot suspects 2 or 3 times with the beanbag and they still want to fight

If there's more than one I use either a grenade or I tell one to come to me and then wedge the door so I can get him
If a suspect is down long enough they will still get back up regardless of what weapon got them down, so if you're fighting more than one with a bean it can still lead to one getting back in the fight

we just equipped flash launchers and riot shields, spawned in loading bay and if the meeting room was in that pool room right outside the spawn then we restarted the match, bc the pool room suspects are kinda out of the way sometimes

we pretty much just worked the upstairs, since the meeting room was in that room at the top of the stairs to the left

the route was meeting room (5 people), lobby (4), bathrooms (1), weird half-enclosed glass room outside the kitchen (2), balcony room (1) then drew out 2 guys from outside the cafeteria room into the balcony room and made them climb up the stairs

once you get them where you want them, arrest cancel so they drop every weapon and bag their guns

and make sure to divide the route in half (don't leapfrog the path of surrendered suspects) since theres a glitch rn where each person sees some suspects in different places

so divide the route into two distinct sections, then do an arrest cancel dry run of just your section so the suspect locations wont be glitched and they won't teleport around 😭

admittedly its a lot about suspect rng spawn, but also you can fill in some gaps by calling people over (but once you arrest cancel someone they cant be moved anymore)

something that helped us is if you camp in the lobby for a bit, theres quite a few rooms nearby that theyll usually run out of so you can really get the lobby packed

it also helped us to actually comm arrests not just run through as fast as we individually could, since i had a sprint that was longer than 15 seconds and he basically stayed on one suspect and reset the clock during that sprint

you may have already done it BUT i can confirm the achievement is not glitched rn if anyone is thinking that
