For me I've redone GP so many times so I know the layout, just that I have no idea why I'm failing GP a lot with shotgun

especially with pump action shotguns

Which missions are the hardest to do in S rank?

Varies and depends on the player, but in general these maps seem to give the hardest time: Greased Palms, Valley of the Dolls, Carriers of the Vine, Relapse, Hide & Seek

these are for base game missions btw and not including DLC missions

Usually these id say would be preventable with ARs and I guess it has to deal with something not being able to immediately return fire if miss

And also long distance engagements too

well it sounds like this is the issue rather than the map itself

I would try semi auto shotgun first and see how it goes, then try pump action again after

because if you have no problems with ARs then you shouldn't have problems with SGs even on long range, but if you do it's because of not having enough time for follow up shots, which a pump action struggles a bit in that aspect, so try semi-auto SGs first and see how it goes on that map, when you get used to it, you start very rarely missing with pump action SGs

it might also be that, I miss way less shots with shotguns than rifles tbh

best weapon for S-ranks right now is definitely the M32A1 Launcher (Flash Variant)

followed by the beanbag if you do not have the m32a1

and pepperball guns are just meh now due to cs gas nerf

I'm rocking the Flash Launcher and Swat A.I. get shields and wedges

I never touched the pepperball rifle anymore because I don't like to imagine suspects tanking a whole mag of it. Sometimes I swear they take 3 rounds of flash to get stunned.

Only infuriating thing is once again the swat ai being stupid and then the questionable effectivity of my stun grenades

There's this one room where I split up my team to breach different entrances, one uses a flash launcher, the other a stinger and then I also throw a flash through an opening at the top, so total of 3 stuns but somehow no-one gets stunned anyway

Mpx is just a worse mp5 imo and spc9 is kinda like a gimmick gun

Really fast fire rate is fun but not practical xD

Meanwhile mp7 has 40 round mags, better ammo than 9mm and basically no recoil either

Also I'd recommend running it without a suppressor so you can take advantage of how short the gun is

MP7 is very op especially since with that caliber you can defeat higher armour
Among the 9mm SMG's MPX is my favourite because it's very similar to the MCX and very controllable and higher fire rate than MP5's
SPC9 is also very similar to MPX because of the AR style platform but burns ammo too quick and isn't very practical.

As for p90 I don't like it that much, prefer the mp7

Also I'm pretty sure the p90 having higher recoil than the mp7 isn't very realistic

Plus irl during testing the p90 significantly outperformed the mp7

My tactic for warehouse after entering via the loading trucks is to have AI launcher bang while I take the other gate entry

And chucking bangs to the opposite side of the conveyor belts

Still experimenting whether or not should I order 2 of my AI teammates to hold position (near the FISA office since they always idle there while I have another follow me) or just take positions up the walkway that leads to the opposite conveyor belts

I do that sometimes as well but usually before I do that I clear some of the other side of the conveyor belts from that back door near that small building to the right of spawn so it's less crowded inside
