I gotchu,
- for your loadout
bring the rotary grenade launcher, I had 12 grenades with mine but try to conserve them anyway so you dont run out too soon. Taser is also really good because you get 6 charges from just one inventory slot. Use it in close range so you dont have to waste the flashes. Also bring a couple stingers, I found they're more consistent with actually stunning suspects than flashbangs on this map. For your swat AI, give all of them shields and the pepperball pistols, for the primaries do a mix of beanbags and launchers, they're way better than the pepperball rifles. You can save slots on ammo because the ai only needs one mag for the guns, they can reload infinitely after. Use the rest for a shit ton of flashes and wedges.

- Now the mission
Start from the main entrance, not the parking lot. Clear the first floor quickly, then move to the stairs and wedge it behind you. After that go straight up the stairs to the third floor where the bomb is. You wanna defuse those first because they're on a 20 minute timer. Tell your squad to bring up their shields and then clear the room, this way they can't get hit while they're stacking up on the door

Throw a stinger in that room, but also tell your squad to move in with a launcher in case the stinger doesn't cover everything. You're gonna want to arrest the suspects fast or they'll get up and start shooting you in the back. I heard if you go in for the arrest and cancel it they won't get up anymore but I can't 100% confirm that so don't rely on it too much. After you've cleared the room, wedge both doors to the stairwells so the suspects on the second floor can't run anywhere while you're dealing with the room with second bomb. Move your squad through the skybridge with their shields up to be safe. I like to wedge off the door on the right so I don't get flanked, then clear the main room from the double door on the left the same way you did the first one (stinger and launcher). After you've cleared it and defused all bombs, you can slow down, that hard parts over...

You can choose to clear the remaining 2 floors in any sequence you want now, just make sure you use your team right and wedge off doors so suspects can't escape into a different part of the map or flank you.
The hardest part imo is keeping your team alive because they're kinda stupid sometimes. Good luck o7

Then they could just rebalance them so there's a point in using them at all. For example the SFMB brake is just a straight upgrade from the ASR brake. There's no reason not to use it over it

The front grips as well, they added a couple new ones last year but I have no idea if they're any different from the normal vertical and combat grips we've had before since the stats just state the same things

They do not differentiate between weapons. They act based on their stats, meaning how high their morale is, their stress etc.

the simple fix to me - is give us a running/live Online Co-Op Lobby List - so we see whos playing with custom lobby names, mods theyre using etc. This wouldn't fall on the dev either in terms of paying for dedicated servs, other than implementing the same format 100's of other milsim/milsim lite games have had in place for on-line co-op. Going back to as old as Rainbow 6 Ravenshield lol, it'd be the host running a dedicated lobby from their PC/console, that would make the online coop aspect so much better and get tactical groups both casual and serious ones, an easier way to link. Going through discord or steam for all that is annoying to me, i just wana hit join online coop, see what lobbys are cracking and send it.

Is it just me or AI squad mates walk through each other, particularly on breaches that are complex? If I order a C2, Flash and clear, the AI would frequently phase through each other to get into position or sometimes even already occupied positions. Is this common and would it be getting fixed? It really breaks immersion.
