Like if you use C2 on a door next to a drug lab, the explosion from the C2 could make the lab unstable and it "blows up" damaging the room potentionally injruing the officers suspects and civs, while also sending hazardous gas through out the building, which means you need the gas mask in orderto complete it, or else you have to leave thus calling it a failure.
make it like a random low chance of having hazards, thus making gameplay feel more different through playthroughs and being prepard for something that may or may not happen.

Bruh, you can disable a tank with a medium yield explosive.
the weakest spot on a tank is the underside chassis, the turret top and the engine bay.

also why the top of the turret pops off the body cause it forces the pressure and power from top down.

From our POV, it basically comes down to this-

We understand why people are upset and we knew there would very likely be a rush of people asking for refunds on the most extreme end of things. It's sorta an inevitability whenever any game has to compromise for whatever reason.

If we were making a significant mechanical change to how RoN plays or we were forced to make a major tonal turn such as completely disposing of our gritty tone, as some people have said we did, we would indeed authorize refunds outside of steams normal window.

As it stands, there's a change to 4 maps out of 25, with the changes only being minor cosmetic changes, and the removal of post-mortem dismemberment. In the grand scheme of the game, minor changes.

So we won't be authorizing out-of-scope refunds. If steam decides to, there's nothing we can do as a developer to stop them.

Console gamers were pissed PC players had the game. Now they will also get the game. An overwhelming majority of console players seem okay with the changes since they don't have the game yet, but PC players are speaking against it. Seems like they'd appreciate changes being reverted in my opinion, but it is just my opinion. I won't push it further. I just don't appreciate things being changed after I and four other people I know paid for the game.
