i play on high settings across the board on a 3080RTX and 32 gigs of ram and the game runs at a pretty much rock solid 60 FPS, i dont go above 60 cause my monitor doesn't go any higher, but i don't really have any issues whatsoever, and that build ATM is now considered middle of the road, theres no way people with higher end systems are struggling unless they're trying to run the game at like 300 fps, in which case yeah, you're gonna probably see some flucuations

Hospital is one of those maps you have to check carefully because of its size. Check behind doors like everywhere. Cause civs who are in surrendered state won’t say anything or have any audible to tell you. So you simply have to find them.
