46% of 100 pen = 46 pen remaining

for head it would 80dmg * 46% (pen loss) * 6 = 220.8 dmg

I did a clear of a level so perfectly, so tactically, not a single officer got shot even once the entire time
only for, in the very last clear, the shield guy to move to the middle of the door and block my 9 banger, causing everyone to get seriously injured
because he wanted to start shooting his little peashooter at a suspect that was about to get banged

the real opfor is my own swat ai doing something stupid when I least expect it

I was inside one of the apartment buildings, i belive it was the sailors room, anyway, we go in there, throw a banger and clear the room, while the suspects are disoriented we get most of them on the ground except one: this fcking guy had dropped his glock 19 and was just standing there, not getting on the ground, not complying just yelling about how we wouldnt "stop their message"
I tried pepperball, i tried beanbags, i tried a taser, pepper spray, mellee, this motherfcker would NOT- GO-DOWN, so eventually i just had to resort to kneecapping him with my G19 and subdue him that way
