Post office took me about 40-50 tries solo to S rank there was always one thing that went wrong, if you're doing it with friends, it should definitely be a bit easier but that map is just tough overall cause you have LtL weapons and can't penetrate, meanwhile suspects are shootng you through pallets as you enter and are trying to stick to some sort of concealment/cover

You can S all maps and complete iron man in one save without your swat ai, but you will need grind 2 negotiators, 1 pacifier and 1 armorer.
For loadout you will need VKS, m320 with gas, full coverage heavy vest with ceramic plates and gas mask.
All you have to do is shoot pepperballs near suspects legs and sometimes use m320, usually you don't even need line of sight with them, pacifier trait and pepper/gas smoke will make suspects surrender without yelling at them, and 2 negotiators have 50% make suspect immediately surrender after you yell at them first time
