easiest example is on Club Neon, there is the entrance hallway to the dance club .... if you Stack Op Blue and then tell them to open the doors, theyll just stand there on either side and shoot at whatever is within range, then you can stack them up again on the entrance to the dance floor from the entrance hallway .... then take Red team and go in the purple hallway and wedge the downstores double doors to the blue bar and pool room ..... then go upstairs and Wedge thet door that connects the pool room to the upstairs .... a lot of the enemies will be killed on the dance floor or trying to pass through the dance floor to get upstairs where me and red team are working

SWAT 4 is just like RON, you can only command red and blue team, not the individuals in those teams.

Well, you got a briefing now before each mission, some maps were thrown out, some reworked, and you got a (imho not too well done) roster system where each of your officers can either get a perk unlocked, or get stressed out to be non available for 3 missions.

The core game is basically what you already know from 1y ago.

With some added fluff here and there (like voice lines).

The team AI has a hard time navigating modded maps sometimes. They don't move even just giving orders. Shows the lack of progress the industry has made with A.I in general if this is still happening.

Whats the proper game mode? im just looking to play singleplayer and I did some experimenting with commander mode as it was the first option but I cant seem to figure out how to really play. I know the barebones and I understand the basics, aka bad guy stop, shoot or arrest.

One thing I see coming up is my guys are stressed and I know how to access them. One of them unlocked nurse too, How would I assign his role?

The holding tab tablet is where you do all of that. You can see what traits your swat member has or can unlock, and as you unlock more swat slots, you can then start swapping them out or really sending them to therapy.

All of this is mostly done by selecting their profile avatar and selecting what you want to do

Practice mode, it doesn't have the officer permadeath/stress mechanics that commander mode has and you're allowed free restarts

Just note that any progress made in practice mode will be separate from your commander save

I wouldn't exactly call it premier, but if you're still getting the hang of the game, you should definitely play practice mode for now since there aren't any permenant consequences for failure

I'd also recommend completing maps one or two times before attempting them in commander mode to minimize the chances of your SWAT permanently dying, but you can always just wing it in commander if you'd prefer

I only got up to Twisted Nerve in Commander Mode because I failed to clear a corner properly, got knifed by a junkie and said "fuck it, I don't have the patience for this shit"

you are required to use a taser, or a nade, or a beanbag, or pepper

i think that bullets should also make them prone to giving up
