Incaps count towards objective arrests. Sometimes if you hit an artery though they can bleed out while down

It's a very weird mechanic that is in complete conflict with the concept of incaps
But suspects "fake dead" instead of "being unconscious" like any normal person would put it
faking dead isn't the same as being unconscious tho
when a suspect is faking dead it means they're actively conscious and are pretending to be dead to let the police turn around so then can shoot them

I've been using the pepperball launcher, it's nice as a client in multiplayer because the netcode of his game is sticks and stones
i use gas nades so that i don't have to use the VKS
The beanbag shotgun and especially tasers can become borderline unusable
just use both and exterminate the entire building 
also the VKS has an infinite ammo glitch lol

Your viewpoint will always be higher than the barrel, since you shoot out of the barrel and not out of your eyes the shot will always land lower than where you're looking, if the sight points at the same forward angle as the barrel

yeah this is actually a mechanic that is unique in video games and ready or not does realistically
Reflex sights and RDS can't be zeroed since they're technically already in the best spot based on the range of the gun, if you're aiming a little closer, offset it by aiming higher
or go canted and use laser/fl/ir

I think this also messes with your accuracy when you're leaning
When you shoot lower than you aim that's no problem vertically because you'll just hit a lower part of the chest, but when you're leaning your lower shot could just land completely beside the enemy
if you hit them in the chest with JHP, depending on the round, that will injure them enough for submission
though in RoN you have a 50/50 chance to one shot someone with a 5.56, especially with the funny HK416 damage
Because the durability damage from .45 AP is so bad, you end up dealing almost their entire health as blunt damage before breaking the vest.
90 * 0.2 = 18.
18 damage and 8 hits absorbed before the 9th breaks L3A.
18 * 8 = 144 of 160 health lost, and the 9th shot breaks + downs.
.45 JHP does 100 * 0.2 = 20 damage per shot and would take 17 hits to break the vest.
20 * 8 = 160 damage, so they blunt damage to death before the vest is destroyed
If you hit him often enough then I'm pretty sure he'll die
but it may take like 8-10 shots

Maybe they just want it to be realistic where you don't press your entire face up against the scope, but it's so small it's hard to hit anything at all
There's also very rarely a reason to ever need a zoomed in scope
because they're still figuring out how to get the scopes centered
the 4x literally shoots high and to the left of the reticle
I mean the SPC has quite a personality with its recoil, so maybe the small sight isn't that bad
idk, the small scope image makes it so that with the slightest movement, the entire image has changed
and then when it also decreases ADS speed I don't see any advantage to it
the real disadvantage to the scopes is not the awkwardness of CQC or ADS speed, it's that by aiming you lose 50% of your fps

1 nutritionist is an extra 25% health for you and the SWAT AI
armorer raises durability of helmets & armor by 50% (this only affects Ceramic body armor, and all helmet options)
armorer also raises damage reduction of armor by 5% (this affects Ceramic/Steel/Kevlar)

Either way I'm admittedly not very knowledgeable about optimization, but I still don't understand how calculating a projectile bullet is any different from calculating a hitscan one, it's just that one is instantaneous and one has travel time

the game has to load the projectile, and then perform math on it the whole time as it goes, keeping track of location, current velocity, and then subtracting the drag from it as it moves

I c2'd and teargassed the first door in Brisa Cove and one of my teammates were instantly headshotted and killed as soon as we went out into the hallway

If you want a S rank on hide&seek, I'll make you a suggestion, equip your officers with a light vest, steel plate front/back, using gas mask, 2 officers with cs gas, 2 officers with flashbang/stinger, vks pepperball rifle, no ammo on secondary
For officer traits: pacifier, breacher, nutritionist and intimidator, an option for light armor ceramic front /back is the officer with armorer trait replacing the nutritionist
Your SWAT AI will dump a mag on armed suspect, so, It would be interesting for you to use the beanbag shotgun, even if it is a large map, it drastically reduces the suspects' morale, as does the Taser (if you get it right, of course)

honestly I don't get the point of commander at this point. Its just random generated AI and it doesn't matter if you die or backout of multiple games, you always have the full number of AI ingame to my knowledge

The devs actually thought about the animation issue of pulling the mag out, so they just don't do it, that way you can reload instantly upon checking your mag so it doesn't look janky

I know PMC's usually are former mil but still, if somethings fast or more effective they're going to take that on. shit from competitive shooting makes it way across to mil/sf and vice versa. If you know you're out why take the time to chamber check, THEN reload, or hit the "chamber assist" (forward assist). INS reloads just seem to be done in a vacuum in flat range conditions or a lil bit faster (I would concede the point if it were being under Nods or something to where the gross motor skill is way harder to pull off)
