It seems to be an alternate view that positions the gun well for point shooting instead of canting the weapon and works well with laser aiming but mostly pointless and it doesnt seem to work with every gun and does depend on optic. as far as I know the only vanilla optic with secondary aiming sights is the SDR Spectre with iron sights on top of the magnified lens. they used to have an Acog with rmr on top but removed from game because VOID has an aversion to giving us optics with options. like how they still dont have variable zoom on any optics nor do they have secondary sights on the ATACR

Can someone please answer this question regarding the No Helmet bug: When selecting the No Helmet option in customization for Ai teammates, it still shows their helmet on. This leads me to believe that not only are my Ai teammates now under protected due to having no helmet protection, but the risk has no reward (No Helmet on Ai cosmetically), making it a pointless cosmetic option currently until they fix this bug. Has it been fixed? Are devs aware? Do I have to download a No Helmet mod where my characters look like newborn babies because the modders can't figure out the hair? (not blaming modders for this)

One tactic I’ve found to be extremely fun is if you’re with a friend then one guy scans the room and peaks with a shotgun. If there’s a threat the second guy throws a flashbang or stinger. The first guy then sends a volley of shotgun shells into the room. Rinse and repeat until the threat is removed

When playing with AI teammates I'll dual breach the main hall from the upstairs and second floor apartments, giving nobody a height and sightline advantage. Very clean takedown.

the other problem with gassing a room up, and the way the gas acts in RoN is that ai can see through the gas like it's not there, but you can't...

so you end up with all those little pockets that don't get the gas effect for some reason, and you still get domed trying to advance through the gas

i find flashbangs to be more useful 9/10 times.

because at least if someone doesn't get flashed, you can at least see them.

kind of like how NPC's can see you through foliage before you even break cover around the corner, but you can't see them

There is many reviews about the Ai shooting through various objects. If you take the perspective of most missions, is it not the suspects stance any entering non identifying party should be shot.
