Are home decoration items tradable (in non-Reboot), or movable in account?

If they are, can they be removed from a home and traded after being used? And if so, is it like with chairs (just normal move to storage or trade with others), or more like damage skins (requires a special extractor to become a tradable item again after use)?

Are there any home decoration items that are only available from cash sources (e.g. Gachapon)?

Are there any plans to release the furniture they had in the Taiwanese/Chinese versions for previous updates, like the Neo Castle themed furniture from the Neo patch?

The stream will focus mostly on Home. I don't plan to show much of Kalos other than the equipment set o/
