Multiple Night Walkers are reporting a longer end delay between using Shadow Dodge and another action, like Quintuple Star.

Steps to Reproduce:
Use Shadow Dodge
Input another skill (like Quintuple Star). The character should appear "stuck" briefly before executing the skill, whereas it activated seamlessly before the v266 patch.
