it's saying I have 12 items left in cash shop inventory, so I opened the cash shop and there's 0 items in there, I have some items on my ren, but this character isn't my ren so it should be fine right? it won't randomly delete the rens cash shop items?

No, the items that would be deleted are only those from the same faction if you don’t have any characters of that faction still on cw and don’t create another one to collect the items and leap before the final leap period ends.
