unable to purchase extra character slot rp shop [Bera]

I was trying to prep my Bera account to prepare for trying out reg and tried to purcahse things in the reward point shop. The other expansion slot stuff appears to work for inventory tabs, though. I'm not sure what's going wrong

Wait are you buying this in Kronos or bera?

If I recalled though, when they gave the coupons(in event store), we would just click, move to another map, click, and vice versa

Can you see if you can buy it at the merchant or event shop…?

might not be a solution but it is another way to buy it
