topic slightly missleading. burning works just fine, some rewards on the other hand dont work as intended. As for me example, it didnt give a sac symbol at all, instead of a lvl 5 cernium the reward was simply 100 selector cupons.
If any one else have similiar issues it would be good to mark them down in this thread.

Also did not receive lvl 5 symbol. I had it available but as soon as I finished the cernium preq it said I was done hyper burn max and didn't claim :/

I also didn’t even have the symbol as an option upon reaching 260, just the symbol selectors were the reward. Haven’t claimed yet.

Ahh im so sorry you guys are running into this issue 🙁 Our team is aware of this though and are looking into it

Lvl 5 cernium symbol cannot be claimed if you are in Kronos as it is a challenger world exclusive reward

You can check the patch note for the reward difference. However there is a bug where lvl 5 symbol looks clammable in Kronos too.

Use the 0th job skill to return to the MX land to get the quest.

This issue has been resolved and the reward can now be claimed! Please let me know if you guys run into any issues with claming the Lv. 5 Cernium Symbol
