Please describe your bug:
I am unable to enter any character on my account for Kronos. I have been able to access my characters on Hyperion and Interactive but none in Kronos out of the 6 or so that I have tried so far.

This has occurred on both Steam launcher and Nexon launcher, and repairing my files or reinstalling has not fixed the issue either.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Enter character select on any channel in Kronos.
  2. Attempt to enter the game on any character
  3. After around 5-30secs, the "Logging into the server." pop-up disappears. After which, you can freely move around in character select before the game eventually crashes but the "back" button and "Start" buttons do nothing when clicked. (In my recording, it crashed almost instantly this time)

Attempting to log-in on the world select screen through the Quick Log-in crashes the game instantly.

Went through basic troubleshooting through support but nothing worked.

Ruled out hardware issues, File Integrity checked, Complete Reinstallation through both launchers. Also tried logging in at a friend's house through his installation that currently works and no dice.

Finally got the ticket escalated to a higher GM so now just waiting for a fix 😓
