Hello,
I am currently experiencing a bugged cape issue. I can see my cape while I am in Cash shop but I am unable to see it while in-game world. I have all of my settings correct. Can someone help me with my problem?

Is it an effect cape? Do you have your effects turned off for cape?

Try to right click it in your decoration tab (it has to be on the main one, not a preset to toggle the effect)

You need to have the chatter role by engaging on the server a bit before you can directly share photos! You can use something like imgur in the meantime

I think this is one of those issues that arose with the .263 Carcion Octo Fest Patch, when we got the new UI.

There was (is) a bug that prevents the toggle on/off totems and capes, and so they're currently stuck in whatever toggle you had them in prior to the patch.

No it's an Nx Cape that is called Sparkling Winter Orb I got it from a friend last night and it doesn't show to my character when I wear it

It affects any cape with effects that could be toggled off

Are you able to see effects on your other effect-producing capes?

I also cannot for the life of me find that cape, it must've been item renamed from when it was released
