If I had to make a guess, your ID is stuck in log-in limbo. Support is out until Monday, too. I'd imagine when they get to your ticket, they'll force a logout on your account and see if you can get back in from there.

Yes, that's usually how it works. The worst things happen on Friday nights and support/Nexon is out 'til Mondays.

In that case they'd likely just force-move that character to the backrooms map (Standard map that has an npc to move you to Henesys) to ensure it's safe.
