I have a similar issue, I have a familiar with:

  • Item/Meso Drop Rate: +60%
  • Meso Drop Rate: 100%

Before update, the 60% item drop rate would be applied, but after the update it no longer works. When I turn my fams on, my drop rate blinks 60% higher for like 0.1 seconds, before dropping back down.
