Hello, I recently got permanantly banned for botting / suspicious behavior and I've tried contacting support to get the same automated response. I don't bot or macro or anything of that sort and the only thing I can think of possibly flagging me is me driving and hour back and forth from uni every weekend. I swear on my life that I haven't done anything and I don't even farm a lot everyday and I was wondering if anyone could help me because support isn't giving me any insight on what even happened or if any programs I had on flagged NGS.

Support won't specify what exactly flagged you, as that could provide people with solutions to circumvent the anti-cheat.

It was straight into a perm ban but I played DB and I was farming in Bottom Deck Passage 3 but when I got banned I'm 99% sure I was either afk in Leafre or disconnected at xx:03 or something

I know there were many GFN users being flagged for sus activity although it's a program directly suggested by Nexon lol.

Support has been grossly unhelpful with literally every issue I have had for the last year.
I don't think it'd be beneficial for you to keep pushing support for more info at this point. I'd keep an eye out on the bug report thread and see if anyone else is receiving the kick messages and at what time they occur.
It's understandable but also such a kick to the teeth that there is zero transparency in communication, especially after you've been flagged for macro/botting even if you are innocent

Help on bans is off topic in this forum unless there's a ban wave. That's because nobody in the dev team will actually do anything about it. The only recourse you have is Player Support.
I think #1078111401672982528 is better for this.
That said, the "specific times" thing sounds like an old GeForce NOW issue: https://discord.com/channels/309809230095843328/1339738649272782848.
