Yes you could discount vac pets with rp before. Other things in shop you can discount but for some reason they have it disabled for vac pets rn

Looks like they changed it to needing the max amount of rp to discount (30%) or you cant discount

I think what he means is, OP trying to use RP with MP. Not standard NX.
