Every time I try to buy something from the reward shop it kicks me from the cash shop

Edit: The button to get to the shop in the Event drop down is also broken

Respectfully:

  1. The patch notes were released at a time when many players in the world were asleep and would not have enough time to log in and use their points before maintenance started.
  2. The section regarding "Maple Rewards Shop" is specifically placed within the "NA Interactive World Merge" section of the patch notes. It would be a reasonable assumption that things mentioned in this section would only apply to Scanians, Elysians, and Aurorans.
  3. Please consider pushing for a compensation of reward points to players who could not use theirs.

@radiant meadow are there any plans for GMS to compensate for this issue? All players are impacted by it but interactive worlds especially get the short end of the stick. We miss out on our monthly dose of cubes AND 6/7ths of this sunny sunday.

so.. we just lost our 6 extra monster park runs and our monthly reward cubes, even though we are in Bera and NOT part of the world merge??? Sounds about fair

the shop resets after daily reset time, but the reward points are lost by then 🙁

Shop is working now and resets at 6:00 AM UTC, so you have before then to buy everything you need.
