Tried to get two of the achievements, hired Mu Gong and defeated all the fish in one dive and completed the dive
Achievement did not pop

The Apex Predator achievement (defeat every type of fish in a single run) doesn't start until the 27th, while the event runs until the 26th.
For context, this achievement was added in KMS after the event ended - they extended it for an extra month after that with no rewards so people who enjoyed it could play for fun.
Mu Gong idk about, but I also didn't get the achievement for maxing all Party dishes

Oh so the event is extended? Maybe they just didn't update the text then because when i checked it said it would last until 26th
Maybe they applied the same logic to the other achievements too so they won't unlock until 27th

Best case scenario, yeah. And all the other achievements say they run July 16 - Sept 23. Worst case scenario the event isn't extended and we miss out on Apex Predator
