Nexon please just tell everyone what program is not allowed? I'm using 7 years old PC, IDK what program I've downloaded/running in the background, do I just format or get a new PC for this game?

Or record my gameplay and keep the backup for last 7 days?

Crazy game, like playing against police? this is the first game i need to check if any 3rd party program is running, can't have RDP (I need it for work), no exitlag(?), no overfarming(lmao).

Please do better, you are losing loyal player over and over again. honestly, its just so tired to deal with the ban issue.

Same issue here. however I’m using a new PC with only Maplestory installed… (literally nothing else, no chrome..even no Microsoft office software) But still get NGS.. pop up every hour , especially yesterday. And finally get 7-day auto Ban due to hacking ???

I have keyboard apps on too until someone told me to uninstall it like how tf do I even know it's not allowed. Lol
