Trying to finish the pick up 7 stone. But it was lagging in the deep cavern and can’t even move. Please fix this as we can’t proceed with Arcana quest!

iterally Unplayable
I’m trying to complete the rock spirit quests and when I inter the cavern upper path map my computer lags so hard and I can’t even move when I enter the map and then the game crashes. Not sure what to do I changed the graphics to be as low as I can and it’s still going on.
