guys it is not a problem with drivers, directx or windows. And turning off the Hyper-Threading is not a solution neither. They fked it up during emergency maintenance. They probable moved something. Is very stupid that i can't run a 2D gameplay with 32GB RAM, directx12, all my drivers updated and Windows10. It's ridiculous 😡
