Cant claim guild buffs

if you click right here it's invisible basically if you accidentally tp to guild castle then that's even better because you just spam til you find it

but it's barely over the top almost even touching the button

You always get that message by talking to her.
You should find Guild Support button on the guild ui which is bugged right now as has just been said.
