it would depend on what time you opened them

#

if you opened some before the rollback time, you'd have kept those items, but if you open after the rollback time, those items were lost, similarly, if you put the items in storage, they would have been safe

Did anyone get a response? I read on reddit that aren't refunding any philosopher books that were opened. But if they deleted all the items we received from open books how will they deal with this? Give the items back or refund in maple points?

Pretty sure that was in response to someone wanting a refund due to the box rates being incorrect and having extra items in it that it shouldn't

same. We spent Nx on philo books, but the rewards not related to the part 2 'bug' rewards from them is being said.

I bought the books post-fix for philo books to only contain part 1 rewards, but I lost most of them from the rollback.. It's been 9 days and my ticket has been open without any communication in this regard.

I don't understand how they didn't even mention this in there maple news. They don't even talk about the affected players 'post-rewards' part 1 only philo books that got lost due to rollbacks
