The last unrelenting flame I gotten was at Feb 11 which was before the Tallahart patch. In that time period 55 elite monsters were killed. I hadn't increase the count for unrelenting flame and cubic blade even though they should be at around 10% drop rate for unrelenting flame and 12% drop rate for cubic blade at 4.11x drop rate

Yeah, it's for certain a bug because arcane river drops it so it wasn't intentional in its plan to remove drop from elite monsters, but rather grandis exclusive bug
