OH...my problem was different. cuz i didnt have Windows Defender. i didnt have any anti-virus at all... just straight raw dogging the internet. I thought it was an issue with the windows defender firewall, and u can only add applications to the firewall. not single files.

this issue has been known for a while now, about 9 months ago and it was gone after certain patch, it has came back in the recent days after the last patch.
multiple tickets sent on the matter providing information and screen shots, logs, everything documented. they just couldnt care less.
everything comes back with an auto messege, wait for your ban to be lifted at the time it says, and then just get banned again.
no solution guys u on your own.

I'm starting to wonder the full extend of what they can view on my PC... a fresh install would remove everything obviously which I don't mind but why would that "fix" anything... unless there is something they install with their installer that is causing this issue anti cheat? Maybe it's reading something as bad that it shouldn't and they don't want to tell us how deep they can view our information.... I have nothing to hide software wise. I've been getting this issue lately as well. I've restarted my computer with only a few things running concurrently with Maplestory (Riot Client, Riot Vanguard, Wallpaper Engine, Discord). Running on a NVIDIA 2070 Super and AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor. Are any of these programs potentially an issue? Once the game falsely flags you for suspicious activity, it will kick you at the next interval. If you’ve been crashed a few times prior within the same day (24 hour period), you’ll still get banned even if you log out before crash. In my experience, you’ll get banned if you’ve been flagged for suspicious activity >3 times per reset

I think a better way to think about this is from legality. They are accusing us of breaking the ToS and are issuing bans that cause damages to us. They are refusing to provide evidence and gatekeep that information. We as users are being assumed guilty when it should be the other way around.
