So far these are my gear that i have right now and planning on star forcing for the up coming SSF I wanted to know which ones I should priorities first and how much star I should star it up to.

You have a lot of 140 items, i would sf them to 22* then transfer to make 21* Sup Gollux Set, Get Twilight Mark to 22*. As for the rest get them to 17-star and work on them later.
