Skill sounds not affected by skill sound level in settings

Certain classes skills are not affected by the relevant sound setting. So far I've identified night walker and angelic buster as having this issue

hi there, apologies for the late reply. so changing the game volume doesn't affect their sounds at all? are you adjusting overall sound or SFX?
