This Discord is seen by the CMs, who don't work weekends.
If you made a Support ticket then it should have been seen, since they work 24/7. But maybe they don't have an answer to give yet.

Reporting from Reboot. I got the same issue as well. I remember using my Rose Sightseeing mount and now it's gone from my mount list for my character.
